TICKETS purchased online on the website www.paganella.net may be cancelled, provided they have not yet been used, up to 24 hours before the starting date of their validity.
In case of cancellation within the specified time limit, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, the Customer will be credited with an amount equal to the value of the cancelled TICKET, named ‘Credit Wallet’.
The Credit Wallet will be automatically credited to the virtual wallet available in the Customer’s personal account and may be used for subsequent online purchases by the end of the winter season following the one in which the purchase was made. The credit may also be transferred to third parties.
Example: for a TICKET valid for December 16th, cancellation will be possible by 23:59 PM on December 14th.
The following tickets cannot be cancelled and cannot be converted into a Credit Wallet:
- Return TICKETS
- Seasonal TICKETS
- TICKETS purchased through channels other than the online platform.
Once a TICKET has been used, even partially, it is non-refundable.
