The gift's holder simply needs to go to the self-service ticket machine, the ‘Pick Up Box’ or the ticket office with the voucher on their smartphone or as a printed copy.
In the first case, collection is free of charge; if they go to the ticket office, they will pay a €5 deposit, which will be refunded once the ski pass has been used.
